COLLIER COUNTY MUSEUM
|
The
Naples site is the flagship museum with in-depth exhibitions
about
the history of Florida and the County.
Enjoy a stroll around the museum’s
five-acre botanical park complete with a native plant
garden, orchid house,
two early Naples cottages, a logging locomotive,
swamp buggies and even a WWII Sherman tank. The Museum
is located just five
minutes east of downtown Naples at the Government Center.
Collier
County's surviving World War II veterans can now be
reunited one last time with an old battlefield friend - a
genuine Sherman tank! More about the tank...
